IDC radialXX analog interface specification

this document describes AAT ICAS design specifications for the IDC radialXX analog interface. ICAS IDC radialXX is specified for a limited implementation of the AAT ICAS 2120-radialDAI decimal analog interface specification. the radialXX dial is based on a major unit phase of 20 major units per main unit, thus limiting conditions for the decimalization of dial units.

dial identification

strict implementation of radialXX interface requires a dial identifier such as any of the following: 'XX', 'dialXX'. 'HH', 'dialHH', 'HalfHubble', or 'dialHalfHubble'.

strict implementation of radialXX interface requires a system of dial indices consistent with AAT ICAS 2120.

unit phasing

strict implementation of radialXX interface requires a system of unit phasing consistent with AAT ICAS 2120. all units are phased to the top indice at t000 tt000 IDC and cycle at the following rates:
