aaticas format set elements
this document describes format set elements in the aaticas namespace (AAT ICAS 3030) specified for uses of ICAS. certain aaticas format elements are composed of aaticas character elements (AAT ICAS 3035). ICAS formats for dates and times may be specified via the following format elements:

<aaticas:unitform> | 'long', 'short', and so forth. | the unitform element denotes the use of a particular unit in terms of long or short form; for example, 'chron' or 'Xn'. |
<aaticas:formatOrder> | 'Interform', 'Continental', 'Customary', and so forth. | the formatOrder element denotes the use of a particular arrangement of units from left to right. Interform denotes an arrangement of largest to smallest units for date and/or time formats. continental denotes an arrangement of smallest to largest units for time and/or date formats. customary denotes another customary arrangement of time and/or date formats. |

<aaticas:datetime> | 'iie yyyyymdd txxx z(x)', 'YYYYMMDDThhmmss', and so forth. | the datetime element denotes the number and arrangement of particular date and time characters to be represented by format. please note that time values decimalized from the main unit are denoted by a lowercase 't' in ICAS, and that the traditional 24 hour time values represented in ISO 8601 are denoted by an uppercase 'T'. |
