AAT is established as an initiative or as a choice for initiating progress.
AAT shall continue to operate subject to qualified independent review. The continuing organization of AAT is continually reviewed in relation to a consensus about goals, operations, and personnel. Interested parties are invited to submit any comments or suggestions about AAT programs or operations to AAT.
Please bear with AAT as it prepares to further report on continuing progress, and to outline future efforts for pursuing the AAT mission.
