other licensing guidelines
any use of ICAS is subject to rights and responsibilities for such use.
ICAS is designed for applicable use via speech, writing, mechanics, electronics or some combination of these modes.
ICAS documentation is no substitute for managing the applicable use of ICAS.
ICAS should be sufficiently distinguishable from other systems of time measurement.
ICAS should where applicable function concurrent with other systems of time measurement.
information about uses of ICAS is situated relative information users, information providers, and any contexts in which the information may be used.
sufficiency of information about uses of ICAS is to be defined with regard to applicabilities of how the information may be used, and how the information may be provided with regard to any conditions of use.
any ICAS use developer implementing a use of ICAS has responsibilities for providing sufficient use information.
sufficient information about uses of ICAS should be readily available to users.
users of ICAS have responsibilities for learning the use of ICAS, and also for using ICAS in conformance with an effective standard.
users, and especially ICAS use developers, have a responsibility for notifying ICAS licensing of any uses or developments affecting an effective ICAS standard.
no system of time measurement is in itself absolutely applicable.
any manipulation or exploitation of ICAS features or conditions related to use of ICAS for the purpose of subverting any ICAS functionality automatically voids an ICAS license.
any use of ICAS as a means of spreading any destructive or malicious computer programs automatically voids an ICAS license.
any intentional misrepresentation of ICAS automatically voids an ICAS license.
upon notice from AAT or designee of any nonconformance with ICAS, a user shall at the earliest practical time correct the nonconformance to avoid termination of an ICAS license.
